To preserve all its beauty and durability, we recommend:

  • Hand wash only, with natural fabric soap.
  • Avoid submerging the leather strap and never machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Keep the cap in its original box to preserve its shape and appearance.
  • Avoid contact with water, as the leather may discolor if wet.

When will my order be shipped?

At LOWERY Héritages, we ensure that each order is handled with the utmost care and responsiveness that luxury demands.

  • Any order placed before 1 p.m. is prepared and shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 1 p.m. are shipped the next morning (Monday to Thursday).
  • Orders placed between Friday after 1 p.m. and Sunday midnight are shipped the following Monday morning.

This way, each LOWERY creation reaches you with the speed and care it deserves.
Where can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your creation at any time thanks to a personal tracking number, sent by email as soon as it leaves our workshops. This exclusive link allows you to follow, step by step, the journey of your LOWERY Héritages cap to your door.

Returns and exchanges
How many days do I have to return my cap?

You have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange your LOWERY Héritages cap. To preserve the integrity of each piece, returns must be made in the original packaging, with the cap new, unworn, and with its tag intact.

Personalized creations (custom embroidered mantra, special editions) are neither returnable nor exchangeable, due to their unique nature.
How does the reimbursement work?

Once the part has been received and carefully checked by our teams, the refund will be made to the initial payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility, are deducted from the final amount. Every step is designed to ensure a seamless and seamless experience, adhering to our standards of excellence.
